Reforestation essay

One of Qeuele's biggest threats is its little or no natural regeneration. Natural conditions, climate change, over-exploitation of its fruits and other ecological conditions have difficulted young Queule's survival. This means there are few new Qeuele trees, which affects their natural and genetic adaptation.

  • We have an ongoing Queule reforestation essay in Centro los Maqui, since 2022, where natural conditions and guardians commitment have been key for our Queule reforestation methodologies.

  • Through these experience, we have established essays in different locations of its natural distribution, promoting their success through place selection, constant guardian training, monitoring and communication
